Call Forwarding

Call forwarding (or call diverting) is a feature on Super-Phone network that allows an incoming call to a called party, which would be otherwise unavailable, to be redirected to a mobile telephone or other telephone number where the desired called party is situated.

Call Forwarding Features that Super-Phone offers:

1. Forward All Calls
2. Forward No Answer
3. Forward when Busy




Click on 'Advanced Call Feature' on home page.




On the next page click on 'Call Forwarding '




-Select the number you want to set 'Call Forwarding' on, from the drop down list.

-All Calls: If this option is on all calls will be forwarded instantly to voicemail or the number entered.

-No Answer: If the call is not answered, after certain bells, it will be forwarded to voicemail or the number entered.

-Busy Signals: If the line is busy, call will be forwarded to voicemail or the number entered.

Click the 'Save Setting' button.
