Voice Mail

Voice mail can take messages when you are not available to answer a call. You can play messages online in addition to listening to them from any phone.





To listen to voice mail on your phone dial "123" and follow the instructions.

Managing Voice Mail online


Click on 'Advanced Call Feature' on home page



On the next page click on 'Voice Mail'



Now you are on Voice Mail Manager page

-Select Phone Number: Select the phone number from drop down list
-Switch to voicemail after:Enter the time after which you want call to be forwarded to voice mail
-MailBox Password: Enter the password that you want to use while listening to voice mail from telephone.
-Enable Voicemail: Select yes or no and click 'Update'
